My wife did some minor damage to the hind end of our car. When she was looking for places to do the body work, she was directed to De Grazia's Autobody by 2 different sources. They worked her in for a quick estimate and got the work done quickly, providing us with a car for the day since we only have one. The finished product looks indistinguishable from how it looked before the damage. All the workers we interacted with were extremely professional and courteous. If I have any other car work that is needed (hopefully not very soon!), I will 100% use these guys again.
Could not be more impressed with DeGrazia Auto Body. They made it so easy to do everything in a snap, its seriously more complicated to pick up a pizza. I brought my car in, got it appraised in about 2 seconds, brought it in the next week at the scheduled time and got a loaner right away. An internal part was found to be shattered, they ordered a new one instantly and it only added one day onto the repair. If I would have brought it anywhere else I just know the time and money paid would have been a nightmare. They made it so easy."
This place is great. In a pool of auto body places around the Sound, this one shines out. I met the owner and we talked about his car, then he introduced me to the rest of the employees and they did a great job doing a minor repair on my Golf R. They completed the job for under the quoted price I was given at Queen City in Redmond (who also never even called me back), and even wrote me a hand-written thank you letter afterward.
This review is regarding customer service (since my car ended up being totaled!): EXCELLENT.
I can honestly say that DeGrazia's turned a horrible experience into something I could almost call pleasant (as pleasant as dealing with the aftermath of an accident can be).
I got rear-ended by someone which crunched up the back of my car pretty badly. The other party's insurance told me DeGrazia's was one of the shops they'd approve for appraisal and repair. From my first phone call to to bringing in my car to my several visits, the folks at DeGrazia's were consistently kind and welcoming, understanding of my situation and looking out for my best interest.
Upon appraisal, it was immediately obvious that the car was a total loss (a fact that could have been devastating to a poor student like me, but they were very sweet about it). They patiently explained the situation to me item by item. Even though they were technically working for the other party's insurance company, I never doubted that they were completely honest, on my side, and working for my best interest. They even advised me on how to negotiate with the insurance company, and where to look for a new car, and offered to look the new car over for free before I purchased it.
Overall, a very positive experience with wonderful people (and that includes the receptionist, the president, the manager, and the service employees).
